I consider myself a film-maker rather than specifically a Director because I also write, edit, produce and occasionally I shoot.  I love the simple affinity with people when making documentaries but equally from directing actors for screen and theatre - the imediacy of live performance has a palpable buzz that is like nothing else.

projects ON THE GO...

I'm producing and editing a series of twelve short documentaries for the british thyroid foundation - medical experts and patients from around the country tell their stories.

Shooting on the blackmagic camera.

I move between the fields of dramatic and factual narrative, because I consider myself an investagitive storyteller accross many mediums and whilst I strive to look harder, record more thouroughly and interpret more creatively I can invest what I learn in one area and bring it to another.  Or something like that...
